Certificates are issued after the event report is verified. You'll get a notification when yours is ready. Find it under Recap in the sidebar.

Check that your roll number is set correctly in your profile (/profile). Certificates are matched by roll number. If it's still missing, contact your club head.

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your college email.

No. Your college email is your permanent identity on ClubHub. Contact your administrator if there's an error.

Go to /profile from the sidebar. You can update your name, phone number, department, semester and bio.

Only members of clubs you belong to can see your profile in the directory. Admins and faculty can see all members.

ClubHub only stores what you provide during registration and what's recorded during club activities. No ads, no third-party tracking.
