What we collect
Your name, college email address, roll number, department and year, the clubs you belong to, and your attendance at events.
Why we collect it
To run college clubs and activities officially: memberships, event approvals and attendance records.
Who can see what
- Administrators can see everything.
- Faculty can see events and members.
- Club managers can see the members of their own clubs.
- Students see their own data and public club information, plus other students' names and clubs.
How it is kept
Your data is stored securely and is not shared outside the college. We use cookies only to keep you signed in.
Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask for your account and data to be deleted. Email admin@clubhub.co.in.
